|Glenn Fawcett . Executive Director|
An Australian native, Glenn came to live in India in 1995 where he worked for almost two years as a volunteer before becoming the Director of White Lotus Sponsorship Program in 1997. For the next seven years, he created and implemented educational and social programs for Tibetan refugees and underserved Indian communities. Lotus Outreach was established almost entirely on the platform and partnerships he developed during that time.
Twelve years later, Glenn spends his time equally between India and Cambodia and continues to live his commitment to social development and justice.
|Raksmey Var . Country Representative, Cambodia|
Raksmey completed her Master’s Degree in Gender and Development Studies from Asia Institute of Technology in Thailand. She has been with Lotus Outreach since October 2007. Raksmey oversees day-to-day operations in Cambodia. She enjoys working with children and young Cambodian women to inspire and empower them to realize their full potential and dreams through education.
|Suraj Kumar . Project Manager, India|
An essential team member since 2006, Suraj began his work with LO with the Right to Education Task Force and LEARN Program. He became State Representative for the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights in Haryana, and achieved the transformation of 60+ schools in the state. Now he works towards transforming the health of thousands of mothers and children in Mewat, Rajasthan through our ASHA program. He appreciates his long and satisfying journey working with the highly sensitive, devoted and committed team at LOI.
|Alexandra Land . Communications Manager|
Alexandra has been with Lotus Outreach for 4 years. With a BA in sociology and experience in the health field, she is motivated to create opportunities for those who need it most. Alex spends her time collaborating with the dynamic team at LO and staying connected with the diverse International network.
When not working, Alexandra is currently pursuing a nursing degree at Boise State University.
|Pisey Chea . Project Officer|
Pisey successfully attained her BA in Biochemistry in 2016. After two years of working with youth, she joined Lotus Outreach Cambodia as a CATALYST Project Officer in March of 2017. Pisey canvasses all sectors to find free and subsidized training, internship and employment opportunities for our beneficiaries. She loves mentoring young women to help them overcome challenges in both education and life.
|Pun Leu . Accountant|
Pun Leu attained her BA in Accounting in 2016 and has two years of work experience in the field. In September of 2018, she joined Lotus Outreach Cambodia. Pun Leu is responsible for all accounting and administrative work on the ground in Cambodia. We are grateful for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
|Genevieve Waltcher . Grants and Global Giving Manager|
Genevieve is a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University and Sarah Lawrence College, MFA in Theatre. A team member since 2017, she is passionate about sharing LO’s meaningful approaches to change. She also founded The Pigeon’s Heart to host creative work (www.thepigeonsheart.com).
|Jocelyn Aucoin . Social Media Manager|
Jocelyn is the newest addition to Lotus Outreach. After years working in digital marketing for organizations in the Silicon Valley she came on board to help expand our reach and spread our story. She loves music, art, and working with brands that are changing the world.
